Yellow Cedar is used for a variety of interior and exterior uses, carving and custom projects. Its natural and distinctive uniform yellow colour, fine texture and straight grain compliment its strength and extreme durability. Yellow Cedar is considerably harder than most commercial softwoods and is pleasantly aromatic.  It is selected where strength and durability are top concerns (often for environmentally sensistive projects, in lieu of chemically pressure-treated lumber), and where the unique yellow appearance is desired.

Yellow Cedar is naturally sustainable.
